Most friends told me that it is easy to scratch the iphone 4 screen. For me, I have some how managed to scratch the screen on my less than a week old phone. As i said, this is slightly fraudulent, but apple arent exactly helping their cause by taking their time with this software update.

The only reason I say this is because when I first had my Accessoires iphone 4, the sleep/wake button was slightly already pressed in on one side, and being slightly iphone 4 white screen this drove me mad, but I was not aware of the warranty and decided to let it go. I then found out from a friend that it counts a fault and managed to get a new one.

But what if my iphone is no warranty and the spare parts are scarce right now? Do Apple still offer a similar service? Most time Apple will not provide this service at this situation. So,what are my options?
